Swirls of Nothing ...BY GINGERZ

In this world we live in we can either make excuses or be kind .... it doesn't cost us much to make an effort to make others feel ok ....it's in doing this that we heal not only ourselves but the future....
My eyes fall upon dream catchers adorning my wall:
They tell tales of places visited and memories created... I need their fullness, their colours...the wispy way they beckon me to be better.
Still...The emptiness echoes ...
And as I open the door and the wind hits against their whimsical feathers welcoming me, the sound, the movement seems to permeate the air with longing ...
A longing to travel.
The longing to feel part of a process and to capture that feeling of being truly alive ....

I go looking for them...
In markets
And in alley ways.
In little shops filled with an air of mystery ... and sometimes they find me ....they feel my seeking...

Each of my catchers have a story ...or something placed on them by a nothing...it's this nothing that has taught me self-perseverance, heartache and patience .... round and round.

Circles that never end ...

  2. “But still the clever north wind was not satisfied. It spoke to Vianne of towns yet to be visited, friends in need yet to be discovered, battles yet to be fought…” - from the movie Chocolat, based on the novel by Joanne Harris.

Some people are meant to be unanchored, unshackled, from their roots. They are those who love to explore, to travel, to go on adventures & create human connections wherever they go. They go wherever the wind takes them. Whoever hears the call of the wind must answer it to fulfill the desire and the dream. They will not rest otherwise.

Wherever you go in your life, GingerZ, I am positive you will be creating human connections… hearts will open up for you and will remember you fondly always; for you yourself have such a big heart that you want to share it with us all. 💜🪷
